GWSI Onboarding
Welcome to GWSI Inc. & M. Gerace Enterprise Inc.
Thank you for choosing us! This guid outlines our onboarding process, warehouse policies, and item master setup requirements to ensure a smooth partnership.
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
All customers receive 24/7 access to our WMS Customer Portal to manage inventory, track transactions, and access documentation. Use the portal to:
- View receipt and shipping documents (e.g., BOLs, packing slips) with photos
- Monitor inbound and outbound transaction statuses
- Check inventory levels and generate stock status reports
To get started, use the GWSI WMS User Setup template to provide the names and email addresses of the team members who require access. Users will receive an invitation email to set their passwords.
The following training videos provide an overview of common WMS features and how to use them.
Warehouse Policies
Each GWSI Inc. facility has a dedicated email for correspondence, including:
- Manifests or packing lists for inbound deliveries
- Shipping releases or purchase orders for outbound loads
- Appointment scheduling
- Inquiries about receipt, order status, or inventory
All facilities are Customs and Border Protection bonded and do not offer public restrooms, facilities, or vending machines. Pickups and deliveries require appointments, which can be coordinated via the facility's email. Drivers arriving more than 30 minutes late may experience delays or have their appointment rescheduled with no financial liability to GWSI for driver detention or Truck Ordered, Not Used (TONU) charges.

M. Gerace Enterprise Centralized Dispatch
For customers using M Gerace Enterprise drayage services, all port coordination is managed through our centralized dispatch in Media, PA. Contact the dispatch team at trucking@mgeraceinc.com for:
- Container shipping and arrival notices
- Container release notices
- Delivery orders or booking confirmations
- Last free day notifications

Item Master Setup
To ensure accurate inventory management, provide the following SKU information for each item. Required fields include SKU, description, primary unit of measure, moveable unit type, dimensions, weight, and pallet configuration (TI and High). For your convenience, download our Customer Item Setup Template to provide all of your item master details.
